If an item you purchased at full price is reduced in price, you can request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not apply to promotions, and discount codes cannot be retroactively applied. If the price adjustment brings the price down 50% or more off the retail price, the item will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for return.
We will price match under the following conditions:
At the time of purchase, another online retailer must have the exact same style, color, and size in stock. We only match publicly available and displayed prices, excluding any special promotions, coupons or discount codes. Price matching cannot be combined with coupons, promotions or any other offers.
To request a price match, contact our Stylist Department - before ordering, if possible – to check if a price match is applicable. We can help you complete the order and apply the adjustment.
