We ship all international orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited (price available at checkout). Expect delivery within 3–5 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse. However, all international orders are subject to possible customs delays, so please plan accordingly. Also, this delivery time does not include a 48-hour order processing window or weekends. Once your order has shipped, you may track your package using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31st)
For the protection of our customers, some International orders must undergo a Pending Billing Address Confirmation. This confirmation request is sent to you via email and must be completed and returned to us within 5 days of your order. Failure to respond within 5 days will result in the cancellation of your order.
Please note that international orders are subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. Tobi can not predict what this cost might be and is not responsible for any import fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that all merchandise is listed and charged in US dollars. We suggest checking with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate. All refunds are also issued in US dollars, and we do not account for changes in exchange rate and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates.
If shipment is refused on an international, the customer is responsible for the original shipping fee as well as the return shipping and any customs and duties costs involved in returning the order to Tobi.
At the vendors’ requests, we are unable to ship certain brands to any address outside of the United States for any reason at any time
